  Horrible experience, purchases a full/twin bunk bed, in 2 days the flats broke on both beds.,repair guys came.and replaced them.with real wood, a month later, the bottom.bunk frame broke while my child was in the bed and she bumped her head! Called Cleveland store and the manager would not help, called back to the greenwood store and spoke with Frances and Kenny Are, they both seemed nonchalant about the issue. After calling a few more times, they claimed they were sending someone out on Friday, (been calling since Monday), been waiting all day, no Mallette Furniture! Called again no answer at either store. Finally get someone and she was very rude, told me to calm down and they are sending someone out to take picture to send to company!!! My child has been sleeping on The sofa since she hit her head Saturday night when bed fell while.she was asleep!,look like my attorney, Dorsey & Gates will have to take care of this issue.
